PRESIDENT & CEO

Jad McGregor

Jad McGregor has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and has been instrumental in ABEX’s growth and innovation since joining in 2006. His experience includes roles at Lloyd’s in London and with domestic insurance markets, specializing in large and complicated risks. Jad holds a BSc (Honours) in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph and is a Chartered Insurance Professional and Certified Risk Manager.

Robyn Beswick

Robyn Beswick brings over 30 years of expertise in property and casualty insurance and professional liability. Her distinguished career includes significant roles within larger international broker houses along with leading MGAs. Robyn holds a degree from York University and is a key driver of strategic underwriting initiatives at ABEX.

Graeme Finnell

Graeme Finnell has over 28 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has held various roles with several different insurance companies (both domestic and MGA), including underwriting, sales & marketing, management, and broker relations. Graeme’s extensive experience and insight are crucial to ABEX’s property and casualty, distribution, and strategic broker relation initiatives.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Marijana Dabic

Marijana Dabic has been a key figure at ABEX for over a decade, leading operations and strategic growth to enhance the company’s market presence and operational efficiency. Her previous experience includes managing sales strategies and client relationships in business development roles. Marijana holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Krista McGregor

Krista McGregor has over 20 years of experience as an HR professional. She holds an Honours BA in Sociology and a postgraduate certificate in Human Resources. Krista holds a CHRL designation awarded by the HRPA. She is focused on driving HR initiatives that align with corporate goals and enhance employee satisfaction. She specializes in fostering positive and inclusive workplace environments, providing strategic leadership for workforce planning, talent acquisition, and compensation and awards. She also enjoys engaging with employees and encouraging their professional development.
