CyberClan Incident Response

All policies are provided with access to a 24/7 incident response service from CyberClan.

Call: 1-800-673-8651 [English/French]

A policyholder calling the CyberClan hotline does not result in a claim being notified. After review of the incident, CyberClan will advise the policyholder on whether they need to submit a formal claim. This will depend on the incident and whether further action is required to resolve it.
