- Jewellery or fine arts rider, maximum schedule $100,000, any one item max $25,000
- Watercraft while on land, maximum limit $100,000

Underwriting Considerations
- Must be fully updated in the past 40 years
- Hydrant protected and semi protected and unprotected
- In-house authority up to $5,000,000 any one building, depending on the protections
- Prior submit up to $15,000,000 any one building

Underwriting Considerations
This is a no-frills policy, please follow these underwriting considerations:
- Each tenant needs their own policy or be listed as Named Insured on this policy
- Named perils form (all perils available upon request)
- No current or open claims at time of binding
- No undergraduate students (foreign and graduate students only)
- Maximum $2,000,000 liability limit
- No cancel for non-pay
- Premium is 100% earned
